Adding a infant on AA
« on: June 03, 2010, 02:29:48 PM »
I made LANPASS tickets on AA. I need to add me 3 month old as a lapchild... LAN told me that I need to call AA.

Im afraid that AA will tell me that they need to send me a paper ticket for the baby and charge me for expedited shipping (im flying on sunday).

Can I just show up at the airport with the baby and they will add her there?

Thanks!

not sure, but the nice part is that they cannot say, we don't have a spare seat, as an infant does not use take a place.

If you are flying domestic then you do not even have to call AA, just show up with the infant and there should be no fee or charge.  I would call AA to confirm but that is what I was told last month.
