Unfollow, delete your number, add your number, refollow and enable notifications.

Thanks! Worked like a charm!

@Dan
I've been getting a lot of your tweets split into multiple texts, even though they are well under 160 characters.
I noticed that the ones getting split up all have apostrophes or quotation marks in them.
Most recently: and I did a little research (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7103990/sms-messages-non-ascii-characters-encoding and http://www.screen-magic.com/blog/sms-character-set-common-mistakes/).
It turns out that your tweets are using non-standard versions of these characters (′ vs ' and ″ vs "), presumably because you are copy-pasting from a website/email.
These characters require the sms to be encoded with UCS-2 that only allows for 70 characters/sms (see above research links for more info).
I think people would appreciate messages coming in one text, since multiple messages are often out of order, and sometimes parts get lost.
Simply retyping these (and maybe a few other) characters would solve this. There may be some clipboard sanitizers out there too.

Thanks for a great site!

My iPhone has no such problems.
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.

It's possible that your phone is automatically merging them.
It's also possible that either Apple or your carrier is merging them.
I'm on Android with Boost Mobile.
I also tested it with google voice in my browser, and they get split up.
