Facts
The flu vaccine causes more deaths per year than chicken pox.
The direct injection of RSV immunoglobulin, commonly known as the "RSV vaccine" would prevent 16x more deaths than the flu vaccine does, but is too expensive.
There is a vaccine for the plague, and that is why it is no longer an epidemic.
Ebola is caused by vaccines.
There is a vaccine for autism, but it causes mumps.

Opinions
Vaccines do not contain thimerosal, a known toxin.
If you snuck up on your neighbor's kid and cut open his skull, you would be arrested.  But when brain surgeons do it, and charge hundreds of thousands of dollars, it considered "medicine."
99% of vaccines do not cause autism (HT JJ1000).
Every pedi has seen healthy kids become sick physically & mentally hours after a vax (HT Baryochai)
Vaccines cause cancer, infertility, astma, adhd etc (HT Baryochai)

I can't. I've never gotten the flu. In over thirty years. Not sure why I need a vaccine for that?
Maybe we all are having the wool pulled over our eyes? I don't get the vaccine and I don't get the flu either. What gives?
I just found a new supply of forks!

Exactly. And even last year, when some of the people who said that got it anyway, I still didn't get it.
I would say there's always next year 😁

So the feds say we shouldn't worry about Ebola, and it is hardly contagious unless you have a lot of contact with body fluids, and there is no need to stop flights from Ebola hit zones.

And meanwhile a health worker in a US hospital wearing full CDC protective gear contracted Ebola brought by a person travelling from Liberia.

And the feds also say that vaccines are perfectly safe.

Do you trust the feds? Only sometimes?

This really doesn't deserve a reply but there are numerous prep lens with your attempt at equivalency.
Off the top of my head:

1) there is ample reasons for Feds to try to prevent concern about an Ebola epidemic aside for simple monetary benefit.
2) it is entirely possible the "Feds" have no idea what this Ebola virus is capable of (they are simply basing it on previous outbreaks and do not have enough data yet to state otherwise).
3) average doctors and independent evaluators have not had a chance to evaluate the Ebola risk (and most seem to be wary of the lax government attitude to my knowledge). Whereas with vaccines they have been analyzed by numerous outside independent scientists/doctors who vouch for their safety and efficacy.

The obvious answer is that the feds are just trying to inflict maximum damage. Either by vaccinating us with poison or by introducing ebola.

Dont trust them!

Not really.

The obvious answer is that the feds don't have our individual best interests in mind; they have someone's interpretation of the entire world's best interest combined in mind.

Which may not be the wrong thing for them to have in mind (although I'd argue it should be combined American interests).

What is wrong is that they are willing to lie to all of us to pursue that interest. And that's where the trust comes in, and just isn't there.

For those keeping score, Obama declared that you cannot catch Ebola on a bus, since it really isn't that contagious. (I know, old news, I was out of it for a while.)

I assume he meant unless you are wearing CDC approved hazmat gear, in which you apparently can, see Dallas.

So he was lying?
Why would he lie?

For many reasons, including so as not to paralyze the West African countries he was directing his remarks to, and so as to minimize panic here.  Which may be good reasons, but which underscore very well that governments sometimes have good reasons to lie about health risks, and that the maximum social good may not align with your own.

If Ebola becomes epidemic here: do yourself a favor, don't take a bus.

Some more irresponsible advertising. http://connections.3712222.com/2006/#/90
Who can count the amount of 'facts' that aren't true?
An a new one - that vaccines were instituted because moms went to work. Right.

How many die from the flu each year compared to ebola?

Customer: I'd like to buy life insurance.
Broker: We have cell phone insurance.
Customer: I don't believe in that.
