Starting from September 2018 there is a direct train line between the airport and Jerusalem's central bus station which is at the main entrance to the city.
Train runs every half hour and cost 17 shekel per ride. I think there is a discount if you buy round trip.

To get to the train: Leave the terminal through exit 01 and it is directly on your right. You can buy a ticket from the automatic machines outside the station entrance.
Please note that the train only runs during the day and not at night. Check the Israeli rail  website in advance if you are not sure.

They actually had a promotion last month ₪180 to Jerusalem
An airport taxi? Or a prearranged taxi?

Gett is better. But both are more expensive than prearranged taxis.

Yes and No. They have the Uber app and you can use it to order rides. Unfortunately, at this point in time you can only order Taxis and not private cars so there is really no difference between them and Gett at this point. Both are very expensive to order rides to and from the airport and you can do much better using a private company or Daka 99. Plus with Daka 99, you can bargain with them which you can't do on an app.

But did you bully them? Israeli customer service reps appreciate being bullied for some reason.

I would say more like ₪400. Is says huge, so I assume it's a larger van.

Right, a larger van. Like one that can handle 6-7 passengers and like 10 suitcases.

Not more than 350

If anyone needs a GIANT van for like 12+ people, Gett taxi has a set price around 450 shek for up to 14 people and a little more than that for up to 18 people. Need to order at least 8 hours in advance.

Problem with those is that there isnt enough luggage space for everyone. Ie it cant fit 14 suitcases.

Either way, I think I can get those also for 350

It can fit 18 or 20 passengers (don't remember exactly) so if you only have 12-14 people you should be able to fit all the suitcases. IME that is a good price for a van that size but if you have someone like that for 350 shek I can really use the number.
