Now that the pesach in the cove is being postponed to next year due to hotel renovations, what program do you suggest fits that exact criteria? Bahamas ? Hawaii? Must be non gebrokts thanks guys

Don't believe that to be completely accurate but you really have to be careful, I've heard some real horror stories first hand from people in the kitchen

+1 i have heard many, from many hotels many different stories (besides the real kashrus problem isnt the food)

As someone who has worked kashrus in Pesach hotels let me just say, the only way the program would live up to the standards you were raised with is if only Heimeshe people worked in the kitchens. As they say the lousy thing about being in the kosher industry is all of a sudden you find out how much you really cant eat. But I will say that even working them was a really enjoyable experience :-)

i know first hand from family working in the kitchen the horror stories. and i know first hand that i went to a non gebrokts hotel and (accidentally) made my plates gebrokts

There are two sides to everything.

לא עלינו, there are situations and families out there and sometimes a hotel is the right thing to do.

E.g. it was mentioned elsewhere Devora Feldman spent pesach at one of these programs. Some people don't have anywhere else to go to.

i wasnt trying to say dont go. (not to say i like going. only went years my family had to). my point just was non gebrokts is a joke when you are relying on every single person that is at the hotel.

There's a big difference between staying away from gebrokts, and staying away from keilem that touched gebrokts.

dont most people hold the keilem are a problem also? (not sure bec i eat gebrokts)

Pesach Hotels are great till you have babies/toddlers. Unless you have a maid/babysittter who you take with.
