My mother in-law picked up a few 100% cashmere scarfs at a closeout store called Lot Less for like $10 each. I was very skeptical about the quality, though it did have a Woolmark style tag touting its cashmere authenticity. We're heading into the 3rd winter with them and they've held up beautifully, still as warm and soft as when she bought them. Unfortunately, they only had a pink plaid, so only my mother in-law and wife were able to take advantage.
