My sincere apologies if this has been discussed before, but my mobile browser is freezing on me whenever I try to use the search function.

Does anyone have any experience with using an American credit card for Groupon Israel? The only thing that seems to be working for me is PayPal, but they really rape you on the exchange rate...

Isnt there 2 options with paypal? One uses their exchange rate at around 3.6, but dont they let you check a 2nd option where you can use your own cc card, and let the cc card do the exchange rate for you, but they take no responsibility for the exchange rate or foreign fees you may get?
