Huh??
If the the CD drive is selected to boot and there is no secondary drive selected why would it use the hard drive to boot up?

Why wouldn't there be a secondary drive? Even if the CD drive is priority it will still boot from Hard Drive

Not if you've got multiple HDD/SDD's, and the wrong one is selected.
