For my 10,000th post, I wanted to do something cute or silly, but then I thought the following would be more appropriate, as "ma momma" always taught me that "hakaros hatov be important."
First and foremost, thanks to Dan for creating, hosting, and moderating DD and DDF. May you be blessed with the health and strength to continue doing so!
Second, and perhaps even more importantly, thanks to all of the DDF'ers who make this place what it is. I have come to really enjoy the time I spend "in the game," and DDF is a large part of that enjoyment.
I have enjoyed meeting and sharing ideas with many of you thus far, and I look forward to meeting and sharing ideas with many more of you guys (and gals) in the future.
Simply put, DDF would not be what it is without its users--users who are constantly pushing the boundaries for new ideas, expanding discussion of new possibilities, and doggedly looking for that next "deal."
So, thank you, and, as they say, here's to 10,000 more posts!
