Yes you should cab from one place to the next.
Most attractions have a queue of cabs outside them.
Burj Khalifa, I did jetskiing tour, Dubai Mall, Indoor skiing, visit a mosque there, possibly go to Abu Dhabi to see the mosque there. gold souk- close to PH, Dubai fountains at night- a few minute water+light show to cool music every half-an hour starting at nightfall.

The Burj Al Arab isn't anything special and the Palm just looks like any other area unless you're looking from the air.

The jeep tours are like 4-5 hours IIRC and we booked the morning of.

ok got my tickets for DXB anyone can give me advice how to spend the 2 days ? I am arriving sun 3 pm from TLV  leaving TU 3pm ? should I still do something the first day . is yes what ?

Malls are open till 11 I believe. Bowling, Skiing, Amusement Park....

Retail prices are pretty good now too there because of the strength of the USD
