I can't imagine you would have a problem bringing in food. I'd just communicate with the hotel ahead of time to make sure they would accommodate. If you're going for Shabbos the shul has a communal meal every shabbos lunch.

Most hotels are relatively close to each other (absent traffic). I stayed at the Jumeirah and had an excellent experience.

Correct. For safety reasons the Dubai Jewish community can't publicly disclose the location at this time. The UAE is relatively friendly to the Jews (even Israelis), and they were granted permission from the Royal Family to house a shul, however, they have to be concerned with the visitors from less friendly Arab countries. If you're interested in going for Shabbos please PM me and I'll connect you to the appropriate people.

i know similar questions have been asked. Hoping that others have gone to DXB since.

We are landing 745pm and departing 830am the next morning.
Staying at the PH and have EK F Chauffeur to the hotel.
Anyone want to recommend the top 1 or 2 things to see at night when we get there?

The fountains in front of Burj Khalifa are a must to see at night. If you have extra time you may want to consider going to Ski Dubai.
