It was just recently updated to do this (search was really bad in the past)  but now it seems to do the search totally on server side and download just the results.

When offline search doesn't work at all.

Oh,  right that seems misleading. (except if for non-google accounts offline does work. Though I don't see why it should be that way.)

Not unless something changed very recently
ETA: I just tested it and it does search emails not on device for a non Google account.

I'm looking for an app that plays audiobooks.

To clarify: NOT an app that will sell me audiobooks, rather, I already have audiobook files on my phone in mp3, mp4 etc. format, and I'm just looking for an audiobook friendly player.

I have subscriptions to apps under two play acounts. An app isn't recognizing that it is subscribed to in the secondary account. Any way to fix that other than to unsubscribe and then subscribe in the other account?
