I have the Verizon s4. In America I was able to use hotspot even though I didn't pay for it. In israel now on golan it doesn't work. Looking for an app. My phone is rooted.

Does anyone use the verizon cloud? It claims you get 25 gig per line but for some reason it doesnt work by me.

I used to use FoxFi on my old phone and it works pretty well, but this was a long time ago so I don't know how well it works now days.
