Please can someone explain to me whats going on with my internet service.
i came to IL in jan and i signed up with bezek. i was also signed up with a package with 013 (netvision). i was paying them 4 shekel a month. this month is when bezeks plan ran out and they doubled my bill, so i had to call and fight with them to give me the old plan back. so they did. now i got another bill from 013netvision that i have to pay to them now 100 shekel, why?! what is going on?

013netvision is the ISP i think

013netvision is the ISP i think

Usually the fine print for these "deals" say that it's only for the first few months, and after that it goes up to whatever

So after 2 hrs with bezek and 013. I am now paying for two ISP. Haahaa. But I have to cancel one if them and for some reason my bill will be cheaper but getting fatter Internet 15mb. What a joke.

I hope thier not lying to me and really ripping me off. I was speaking Hebrew to the best if my ability

You have to put in your calendar to call them when the deal is about to end and get a new deal.

i did. And they won't call me back. Them finally i spoke to someone but i lost out on one month.

Do today after i finally signed up with 018, i had to cancel net vision. And i called prob around 15 times and every time i said to them i want to cancel they said ok hold on one moment and they hung up on me....typical

Well I had a whole story with netvision and them a few months ago...
Had to start paying each separately about 45 shek a month for a total of about 90..
Is that being ripped off? (They claimed it was best deal around then .. Even was once asked by their rep if I work for them for having so cheap... But not convinced..)
Even after continually fighting with them they took off like ten shek from netvision.. But still paying bezek 45.. (Now getting 10mb speed.. Officially everyone was upgraded..)

So i was in Pisgat Zev mall today and i saw a HOT kiosk. I ended up switching over.Until now with bezek i was paying 150 shek for 15 mb (speed), which i wasn even getting. HOT is offering 30 mb speed for 109 shekel. so i signed up....

You can get 15mb for 30 shek - sapak only.
i assume the prices are incl. tashtit
you should be able to get a better deal with bezeq and bezeq benleumi

bezek along with cellcom is a bunch of crooks. i am paying for 15 and im getting 11...the 109 (addtl 20 for sapak) is inculded with everything...

my question is, do i need sapak? im a bit confused, how else would i get internet if i dont pay the 20 shek?

I've been very happy with both bezeq and benleumi.

You need tashtit and sapak (ISP). And a line.

1) Paying Bezeq:
a) Line - 25shekel/month
b) Tashtit - 99shekel/month (15mb)
2) Paying Bezeq BenLeumi
a) Sapak - 36shekel/month (15mb)
Total all together: 160shekel/month

Yes. You need a line from Bezeq, or they won't provide tashtit. Kav kal (cheapest rate) is 25shek/month.

im getting 44 mb speed download :-)

though now the downside. i called bezek to cancel, they want me to pay for the router?!?! why?! what a retarded country i never approved to pay for the router
