I live in TN and it seems that there is almost noone except Kaplan...Testmasters doesnt operate here...

I have tried Kaplan and it didnt take...is it worth it to skype with freidman?

Twentie4hrs:

I was skeptical about learning via Skype at first, but Velvel is very good. I'd be happy to answer any questions if I can. And please say I recommended you, It'll save me some money! :-)

Fisch is the way to go....but his classes are always full.  Costs $2200 and according to all my friends well worth it.   They all got in the 170s, and say its all because of him, expect to work hard!

Unlikely. And, to be quite honest, I wouldn't even go to law school if you can't get into a Top 14 school and/or a significant scholarship (unless you have extenuating circumstances, e.g. family law firm, etc). It simply is not worth it.

Thank you,
I am only interested in Law School as a night activity not to practice law.

Who is out there that can help me with my personal statement?

Night activity?

I can think of better ways to spend both your $150,000 and and three to four years of nights it takes to get a J.D.

A little OT.
What did fellow DDF'rs get on their LSAT, where did they get accepted and on what type of scholarship?

what do you mean it won't make a difference...i wouldn't tell the law school i am only interested in it as a night activity..that wouldn't be too smart...

HUGE is relative. They are minuscule in comparison to the LSAT score and to a lesser extent GPA.

They can be used to distinguish between two Harvard hopefuls with 179s and 3.95s.

it mostly goes on the lsat score but the personal statement can push you over the edge but with that score i dont think you will be applying to schools that you need to be pushed over the edge
