Because it's not illegal, just a beach of contact (which you may even be allowed to do, as long as you follow what the contact delineates if you beach it)

They filed a complaint, and they are send me whole bunch of coupons for free slurpees & more for the whole family!  :P

The lakewood manager told me that the individual stores have to pick up the tab for the free slurpees.  Last year he got killed by the huge crowd and couldnt do it again this year (especially in a larger cup!)  also he said 99% of customers that come for the free slurpees dont ever come back untill the next year on 7/11, so he doesnt gain anything from it only loses

He should get 300 cups, and once those are gone he can put a sign in the door no more available.....

I was thinking that, especially since it is only.while supplies last. But it's bad for business when people come and there are no slurpees. Better to not participate, and when everyone comes for free slurpies they will end up buying a small one anyway.

I just got call from the Lakewood branch saying that they WILL be honoring the free 12oz slurpees until 4pm today!!!  :P  8)
