Anyone ever went to a pesach program with Eddie's Tours to Italy?

There may be other agents offering the same program. Suggest you check around.

anyone have any strategies re booking an israeli (mehadrin) hotel for pesach?
1) Is it better to book early bird or is there generally overcapacity and waiting til late in the game may get u a better deal?
2) Are there any programs that work with other programs in other locations, so we could be in jlem for yomim tovim but dead sea for chol hamoed?
3) do pesach programs in jlem fill up totally, or do they generally have extra room for meals with guests (like on Succos) so it may make sense to rent a nice apt and just pay for meals? Do you know of any programs with discount aggregate meal plans if you aren't sleeping over?

I'm interested in this as well. Did you ever get answers to these questions?

Looking for two rooms in a Yerushalayim hotel.  Two adults and five kids ranging from 1 to 10 years old. Any clue whatsoever what this costs? Ballpark figure is ok.

prob is lots of places wont let 4 in a room, in kings with a suite plus reg room would probably be around 8-9k with full meals (note may not be attached).

Thanks. That's not bad at all. I wouldn't mind being part of a group if that helps with rates, though not 100% certain I'm going just yet.

It is supposed to be a very nice and reasonably priced program. This is their sixth year there so they must be doing something right. We were strongly  considering  going there this year but ended up making other plans.

Anyone know of good NYC area (within 2 hr radius of Manhattan) Pesach programs that allow partial stays? Looking at potentially going away for the last days (Sunday-Tuesday night/Wed AM), and possibly Shabbos C"M as well.

Don't go to the Raleigh. It's completely run-down.

anyone been to the Leonardo plaza for Pesach (or maybe succos/shabbos i guess) and knows what kind of drinks they serve? meals are crazy expensive, wanted to know that they provide free mineral water/something above tap at meals?
Also, is there any sort of formal or informal dress code? I eat with my kids, and prefer to dress down for shabbos meals so i dont get angry at them for dirtying my suit, again.

2010. Their website says they underwent renovations beginning in 2005, which is simply false.

IIRC they include mineral water but not soda but that was some time ago (was a reg. shabbos, not Pesach)

and with regards to dress codes in Israel....They dont exist
