USAir Award Ticket on United
« on: April 10, 2013, 09:39:02 AM »
I am considering using my Dividend Miles to book an award ticket on United (EWR -> MCO). While they can get me on a direct flight to MCO, the way back has a stopover. Is there any chance of booking the itinerary with the stopover, and changing the flight immediately afterwards to direct? Any ideas on the cost?

Thanks!
I have nothing witty to write here....

$150

Why not book it in initially direct if there is availability?

The availability for direct is only for the way there....no USAir Partner availability for United for the way back...

Does premier status help in terms of change fee?
