Just called park ave appliance in Lakewood. If your willing to pick up and assemble yourself then it's cheaper than town appliance.
Spirit E310 is $469.... No I need that in writing and I wonder if Home Depot will prove match plus 10 percent off

Looking to buy Weber Spirit E-310 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill. Retails for $499.

The best I can do is as follows:

10% off using Lowe's coupon bring its down to $450.

Pay $405 for $450 in Lowe's GC from Staples in-store using AmEx Simply Cash (5% at office supply stores) + AmEx offer (5% off $200+ purchases in store). (No, I don't have the 25 off of $100 Staples offer, sadly.)

Take $450 in GC and go through portal for another 5% off of $450 for an additional savings of $22.50.

Total price is $450-$45-$22.50 = $382.50.

Can you beat it?

Wow. I just bought the genesis ep-310 locally but this setup would have been even better, though I would have had to get the e with porcelain enamel vs ep with stainless steel grates and flavorizers

No, unfortunately

ETA: Only thing you should consider is going through a local retailer (i.e. I bought from Park Ave appliance in Lakewood) to get the sp or ep series that come with stainless steel grates, which are significantly longer lasting

Also look into spirit vs genesis. Spirit is just not the same quality. I ended up with a genesis even though it was significantly more expensive because it is supposed to last years longer

Def more expensive... I found a floor model of the Genesis S-330 for $750 (from $950), but it had a corner that was pretty banged up.

If you're not hung up on the side burner and sear burner you can get a genesis from Park Ave. Appliance in Lakewood for $599. The stainless steel exterior isn't worth it anyway, it only looks good when you buy it. Or go for the ep-310 for $649 with the upgraded grates and flavorizers
