When you say terrible record at the biggest stage, do you mean finals or playoffs. He probably has the best record of anyone in the first round of the playoffs, and his second and third round records aren’t too shabby. There were two years they should have and didn’t  win the finals, and one of those definitely was LBJs fault. But i think lebrons first stint in CLE does more to help than hurt his record. He took his team to the highest level with no supporting cast. Jordan couldn’t do that.

No I brought up the time they had the best record in the league and were big favorites against Boston. They were embarrassed in that series and LBJ left town as a loser. You have yet to address this or his terrible finals record. I understand why you don't want to talk about that because no GOAT would have such big flaws.

I don't follow ever team/game. The most I have seen LBJ play is in the finals. That is why I jump on him so much. He has had great finals but his losses you want to overlook.

I don’t want to overlook the finals. I also think the rest of the season and playoffs count for something, as does making it to the finals.

Team or player? For player I would have to go with the first championship, Magic! Remember the Bulls played against a different team ever final expect the last two.

And I don’t get yours. It’s hard for any team to match up against 3-4 future hall of famers in their primes. Even the Cavs didn’t have that firepower, as we saw last year (though they got closer than their record indicated).
