You need to be creative sometimes. Stop sticking to the Stone Age and think out of the box. You can definitely create a strangle like strategy at a Vegas casino if you have half of a brain. And even if you couldn’t, I never said you could - I’ve bet as much outside of Vegas as I have at a casino, and for the former you have complete flexibility. Stick to what you know, please.

If you know anything at all about playing the middle you would know why they don't offer this bet. If they were stupid enough to offer this it would have to be at such bad odds no one would take it. Please keep shooting your mouth off showing your ignorance!!!
