Just bought dress shoes on steve madden website serpent black for $26.94 after $6.95 shipping. You have to apply coupon code 40clearance to bring down the price from $33.32. Then you can recieve an additional ten dollar rebate if you decide not to get the US weekly making the total price $16.94. No exchanges or returns though!

The question is if you are really able to get the magazine subscription or refund. It is only for purchases of $20 and up. With the coupon these shoes cost $19.99  Shipping adds $7 
 So does shipping count to make the price of the item more than $20? Or maybe just the fact that it costs more than $20 before the coupon is enough?
Either way its a great deal at $26, and Ill send in for the mag. refund and hope for the best!
