Is there any script or online service that I can use to check a webpage every few minutes, and then receive an email or other alert as soon as something changes? Either search the entire page for changes, or perhaps I could highlight (when setting it up) a certain part of the page to check. Does such a thing exist?

Don't know about every few minutes. But I believe such a service was discussed in the forums. Cannot look for it now.

Not sure if this is what elikay is referring to, but there was a discussion about it in the HTC evo thread

Being as I am sick of hitting F5, I have set up a script to email me whenever a change is made on the order status page.

If anyone wants me add their order number and email to the monitor, send me a pm.

I use IFTTT.com . I actually use it to text me every time Dansdeals.com posts a new post so I dont miss a deal.

It stands for If This Than That, and lets you create "recipes" that follow that format, of do A, when B happens...

Another option that isnt free is zapier.com which is much the same, but has many more integrations....
