I'm trying to connect a device to my E6530 via Bluetooth but it seems like this laptop has no Bluetooth option, does it make sense ( hope not )?

Hmmm, why would they make a high end laptop without it?

Would a Bluetooth USB solve the problem?

Still common for laptops not to have BT.

On Dell's Latitude, they charge extra for every feature, so typically it would come w/o BT

Just checked it up, it's an add on option. I agree, it's ridiculous.

You lost the manufacturer's bt?  Contact them to see if you can get a free replacement.  What device were you trying to transfer with?

I keep getting this error message when I click once on a file. Does anyone know how to stop it?

Run word as admin.

Run the Word program in administrator mode. To do so, you may browse to below location:
         Computer, Programs files/Program files X (86).
Look for Microsoft Office ->Office 15.
         Look for  Winword.exe
Right click on it and click Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab and check the box for Run as admin.
         Click ok.
Now try to perform the task and check if the issue persists.

I hope the above steps helps. If you need further assistance on this particular issue or any other Office related issues let us know and we will be glad to assist you.
Thank you.

What version of Windows?  'When I click once on a file.'  Do you mean double-click, or single click?  From the error, it sounds like Office files (.docx, .xlsx, etc) is this correct?

I picked up a HP ENVY 17-j027cl 17.3" Laptop Computer  yesterday froms Sam's Club. The internet is so slow. Pages are opening slow etc. One person did write a review that the wifi wasn't great. Is there anything that might fix this? Or should I just return it?

Internet being slow can be caused by many factors.
1.  Run speedtest.net to ensure your speeds are good.
2.  Disable (or uninstall) any preloaded malware programs and install one that you want to use.
3.  Try different browsers.
4.  If possible, (to eliminate wireless being the issue) plug in to the router and test that way.
