Dell OptiPlex 7010. Time and date keep going wrong. The network it's connected to - the server is correct. Any ideas? Applications work.

1) Buying the normal retail version of Microsoft Office is one way. You should be able to transfer and activate it on another PC if you switch. Doing the Office 365 Subscription you can transfer to whatever device you want.

2) TypeFaster is a simple, no-nonsense, program which is pretty good. Download free here https://sourceforge.net/projects/typefaster/ or a portable version here https://portableapps.com/apps/education/typefaster_portable

For #1 you can buy on eBay 5 PC keys for pennies. Have very good experience with that UK seller on there, very prompt.

tried this?

Press “Windows+X” and click on “control panel”.
On the left hand side click on “clock, language and region”.
Click on “change time zone”.
And then click on the tab “internet time” and click on “change settings”.
Check the box “synchronize with an internet time server” and also select the option “time.windows.com” from the drop down and click on “ok” and check if the issue persists.

On an older desktop the screen blinked and since then all icons and text are large and low resolution and the screen looks stretched to the sides (the aspect ratio looks off). It also isn't going to the full size of the monitor. When I hook up to the computer using Teamviewer the screen looks normal but much smaller than it is.

I did see that I have 2 display adapters installed-one from ATI and the other Windows Live. THe ATI says that there is no driver installed but then on the driver tab lists one.

"Windows Live"?

I would say do a complete uninstall of the ATI one and reinstall from the manufacturer.

I was trying to do that, but they do not offer one for Windows 10. It has worked on Windows 10 until now. Maybe it is time for a new one?

Not really sure what that Windows Live thingy is. I'd try first to uninstall that.

Either way, as the AMD article says that you can get a drive through Windows Update. I'd Uninstall it and Scan for Hardware Changes (in Device manager), and then run Windows Updates.

Thanks. When uninstalling should I also check to delete the driver?

Do you have admin rights?

Just roll back the driver, no need to uninstall it.

The exact same thing just happened to one of my machines and I have same driver with the same date as your image, I clicked roll back and all is well again.

My only thought as to why your button is greyed out is because you don't have admin rights..?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

I do have admin rights. My guess is that if there is no driver installed then it cannot be rolled back.

Strange, mine also said no driver installed but I did have the roll back button available

In other words I had identical images as both of yours
