On a related product, I have the iPod classic 160gb just stopped working suddenly, it has a red X in a circle and doesn't do anything, been in the drawer for 2 years now, anything can be done or trash it ?

Thanks! Will try
I had that once with an old iPhone. He tried taking out the dirt & it didn't help. He took it to the back & used something called an ESD brush & that did the job.

It's possible that the charging port has too much lint/dust. Take it to an Apple Store to be cleaned before giving up.
im gonna try to go sometime this week, is apple gonna charge me to look at it?

They shouldn't. You could ask any of them to take a look at it. They all carry something on them. If they can't solve it you could make an appointment at the Genius Bar. That could take some time depending on how busy it is.

I've never been charged for it. You could make the reservation for the Genius Bar online.

My iPad was at 70% the next thing I know it's dead. I put it to charge and came back after 10 hours and it was at 27%. It usually takes about 4 hours to get to 100%.
Anyone know what this means?

Your battery (or the hardware that manages your iPad's power) is shot.

May have been a software issue that resolved itself. But if it's ongoing then the battery or power hardware is broken.

Not really an iPad problem per se, but maybe someone can help me.  Using an iPad mini, trying to play a game in Safari that I used to play on the PC.  But it's humongous and I have to keep scrolling up and down, back and forth.  On PC, to get it to fit on the screen, did <ctrl>- to reduce the size.  Is there an equivalent way to do that here?  Pinching does not work.  Searching tells me I can't make it smaller than 100%, but I have a hard time believing I can't make it smaller than this huge size.  Ideas?

I bought an i Pad pro from a 3rd party seller on sears. Description of condition on the listing was "New". I am a Little suspicious that it may have been used. Is there a sure fire way to check if it has been used?
