So God will make his decision on the religion of the pilot?
Hence Abey Rottenberg's son The Atheist convention in LA  :P

Look it up..
One man 2 women- each woman can rationalize that the other is also being oiyver.
2 men 1 women- she wouldn't be nichshal because she would feel like a piece of meat.
I don't have sources with me now but a quick glance in Nitey Gavriel shows that for Sefardim (as in our pilot) 1 woman with 2 men is flat out Assur, while for Ashkenazim it is allowed only in the city (as opposed to while traveling) and Only by day and only Kesherim, and after all that it says it's better to be Machmir and require 3.

I beg to differ. I wouldn't want someone who defies the existence of Hashem flying a plane that I'm aboard. Which plane will be chosen when one's about to go down:-\

If you and the rest of the plane's lives are not worth more to Hashem then there might be an issue. Though you have that same issue anytime you go on a flight as you are only 1 of how many people on board??
I only paid 15% by switching to dansdeals

At 30,000 feet I'd rather play it safe, and not give any incentives^-^

CMIIW but cant the stewards or at least head steward enter at any time? If so then there shouldn't be a problem.

Isn't the cockpit only openeable from the inside for safety reasons?

I don't think they can just let themselves in... they have to ask the pilot to open the door from inside the cockpit.

A slight attempt at humor... of course not!

Once on AF1 there was some turbulence, and somebody said that he isn't afraid that the plane will crash, because the POTUS is on board, and Bill answers him back, i'm not afraid, because the pilot had a wife & 2 children back at home...

There is a black box but that's only listened to if the plane crashes.
I don't know the halchah but isn't it still yichud even if there is a recorder?

Isn't there a livefeed from the cockpit to OPs?

IIRC there's a debate regarding whether a surveillance camera can help in avoiding Yichud, A recorder which will most probably not be listened too almost for sure wouldn't work.

On VINNEWS.com it says that she received training in the US due to her not serving in the IAF.

I still wonder how a from Jew can be a pilot without violating yichud.

Because it does not pertain to me. You need to calm down sweety. If you have no answer move on. If you do have an answer,  then tell it.

she received her training by elal but elal only lets you start the course after a minimum amount of hours which she did in the us
