New InterContinental NYC

Well, there is a new Intercontinental opening in NYC on Monday, I had  a reservation for a suite the first night, but I was just called by the manager and told that the room will not be ready monday night, they offered me a junior suite (550 sq. ft) for $279 which they say is $100 off the regular room rate, and he claimed the junior suite they will be charging $600 ish for. I will prob not be going if anyone wants a nice room in the city for a decent price PM me.   BTW I'm a platinum Ambassador so if you want this you will prob get a few perks, besides that's it's the first night the hotel opens  8)

WOW scratch that they just offered me to come for FREE  8) !!!!! "to preview the hotel!!!  I am now running to my local grocery to buy a lottery ticket

I booked at the ANDAZ 5th AVE  last Monday night hoping that would happen :-)

these things cant really be predicted, I actually stayed at the andaz wall st, really nice hotel
