I recently purchased a pronto uomo suit - horrendous quality  - I buy cheap suits never have I seen such garbage...

I'm not a suit expert but it looks fine to me, they also offer  free returns. For me, even as a davening jacket alone it's worth it. It's a modern fit if that works for you.

I've purchased Pronto Uomo suits in the past (for as cheap as $30). While by no means would I call them high quality, I generally found them perfectly usable. My daily driver currently is a Pronto Uomo (85% wool). The cut, material, and stitching do leave what to be desired, and nobody is mistaking it for a Tom Ford, but it's far from the worst suit I've ever purchased, and I wouldn't call it completely unusable.
Men's Warehouse is the lower end subsidiary of Jos A Bank.

The one I recently purchased was 85 wool on that I find the stitching to randomly come out by the seams etc. also nylon threads sticking out on the shoulders  (I did have a 100 percent wool a while back - I didn't wear it much but I did notice stitching on seams were loose like if you stretch can see a space...)
