Impressive memory. Took us exactly 15 minutes each way

How were they? We loved it. Stayed for 3 showings.

The show itself was very cool but we only stayed for 2 :)

Even just driving through the city was fascinating. The whole city is sparkling new

My mind was blown when I looked at the odometer of our taxi (late model toyota sienna) - 700, 000 KM!

i've recently been through BAH, DOH, AUH, DXB (both in the cities and the airports) i have a beard but wore a cap and had no issues whatsoever.
i put on teffilin in AUH airport and even davened mincha at a local mosque. everyone was very friendly and chilled. my friend who i was with had israeli stamps and an israeli student visa. no one cared

Teffilin at the Mosque would have been something  :) I guess there's always next time! I put on tefillin on the flight to AUH but no one realized as I was quick...

i'll write a TR but im still waiting for some pics (cough cough). i only davened in a mosque because i missed my flight back to the states and was arguing in the AUH airport for 15 hours trying get them to waive the change fees. I felt like i needed divine help but there was no quiet place in the airport and the mosque was empty and ironically felt safest

Interesting, because I've never seen one person here mentioning they had this issue.

On the contrary, "its nature as an international finance center" is the reason there are secret private flights for businessmen between Israel and the UAE.

They are probably mixing it up with having an Israeli passport.
