Parking at ORD: The cheapest place to park is in the O'hare lot G. It's $10/day. Be aware that you need to take a bus to the tram (in lot E) which takes you to the terminals. This can take 20-25 minutes

Anybody know (or at least have an opinion on :) ) the best route through Chicago in morning rush hour traffic?

Coming from Indiana going either to Skokie / West Rogers Park area or possibly straight through to Milwaukee.

Best bet would be to listen to the traffic reports, 90/94 could be clear on any given day.  I would stick with Lake Shore Drive, but make sure you know how to navigate once you get off.

I would say stick to the Skyway and 90/94...all the truckers say that is the best route even in rush hour.

I dont think 90/94 is ever clear during rush hour on any day. Personally, i would not take Lake Shore- very much out of the way IMHO

Will be heading over to Chi town for a wedding and staying at the DoubleTree  or Hampton in Skokie.

Looking for a good pizza/lunch place and somewhere i can get a solid breakfast sandwich and coffee in the mornings.

All ideas would be appreciated. If you're a local and i can contact you with a couple other questions that would be great.

There is a place that's down the block from the double tree, its called bagel country. Its great for breakfast and lunch.

There are also some other great fleshig places in skokie.

Chabad is 9 miles away, so 2 hours if you're a brisk walker...
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.
