You should be able to get it for less.
Some wanted $1700, and when i said i had it for less, they came down and matched.

PS, if you want to give another guy business, see if they can be the banks lawyer.
You can recommend a lawyer to see if the bank(mortgage broker) would use him.

Your goal should not be too get the cheapest lawyer it can cost you a lot more money in the long run

My cousin had an inspector that wasn't informative and was a waste of money.

From what I understand the regulations were changed to allow up to 10 (originally 4), but most banks won't offer them, so I'm trying to find someone who will.
In case it makes a difference I'm looking in NJ
