This phone is like new, with a few scratches on the screen (removable and not able to feel by the touch) and a few on the back from wear. All parts are in perfect condition and comes with plugs, charger, earphones, the original box. It is 32GB and I would still use it if I hadn't upgraded to the iPhone 4. It has absolutely no contract with AT&T or any other phone service provider. It also comes with a Otter-box Defender case that is only a month old!
