Etimologically I think transgression is quite accurate (not saying that any other translation is not).

Aveira (single form) has the root עבר which means to pass or cross over.

Probably wouldn't have happened to me on my home turf (computer) or even on my usual alternative turf (phone), but I'm actually experimenting with an iPad and external keyboard. Just link that post to the you-know-which thread....

That's exactly the point. I am still trying to figure out what's the best way to use this external keyboard. I'm discovering that it interacts in weird ways with the iPad depending on which soft keyboard is enabled. It seems to be working best with the iOS native keyboard enabled, but I dislike that one when using on-screen. Though I guess if I have a physical keyboard, I could disable SwiftKey (which is having problems with the external keyboard).
