Anyone know how it works when you have excess damage on your lease and you have a damage waiver?
Do I need to do anything Or does the company (ex. Honda) contact the waiver company directly

Your leasing company should do it, but if it's a third party company, Honda will send you the bill and then you will have to send to damage waiver company

Just got a call from Nissan Corporate regarding my lease which is up this coming August. They're telling me that i qualify for their Lease Loyalty Program. Essentially that i'm able to trade in my car for an upgrade before my lease is up. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Not necessarily cheaper, but great for a Sienna. The lowest quote I got was from Unique Motors. $279 a month $1395 due at signing 10k a year. Keep in mind though that Toyota does not include gap insurance, which effectively adds about $10 a month. What is lowest you have been hearing on the Pacifica?

10k a year. How many miles for your deal for $328? From which company? What would it have been for the base Model?
