Turns out it was cloudflare! We had to change a couple of settings, and the site went live immediately B"H.

Nope, but they do have servers optimized for magento and wordpress

What kind of email? You may be able to use a free MailChimp account.

Not a real email. Just when they submit the form it emails their inputs directly to me instead of opening up a mail client first

Is this an online form? If so, you can probably do this without a code, using a simple one-page wordpress site and a form plugin.

You can use a form in Google docs, and it will dump the info into a spreadsheet. If you need an email, you can write a Google Apps script to email you when the sheet changes.

It's dead simple.

http://php.net/manual/en/function.mail.php

Just have a form that posts to .php, and have the php take form vars.
