Please add any Torah online resources that you are aware of, including halachic/ "ask the rabbi" (-Normative, traditional-orthodox only please), "vort on the parsha" websites, dafyomi and other shiurim and of course seforim online databases.
(Im specifically looking for an online Shas that has also the "back" ie maharsho, rosh, rif etc. cant seem to find that anywhere.)

I agree. Problem is that the charedi world is only starting to harness the power of the web for Torah. I'm sure it will come with time b"h.
Some of the seforim sites listed do contain questionable seforim, it's a mixed bag.

I actually had a long period where I was fascinated with one of the magidey shiur there. I stopped after I became afraid that it was rubbing of on me.

Not so easy to explain but basically Im from a yeshivish/ chareidi background and try to live by the hashkofa of the great roshei yeshivos. I dont appreciate the Modern Orthodox/torahumada point of view. The lectures were very interesting but full of hashkofas that my rebeim would cringe from..
