wat i've done and it's worked everytime, is to go into bed bath and beyond (not buy buy baby!) with a bed bath and beyond (not buy buy baby!) coupon, and to say oh while i'm here can i order something from buy buy baby. they don't know the exclusions for buy buy baby and have always accepted the 20% bed bath coupon. i got my uppababy stroller 20% off by doing this. give it a shot, all they can do is say no, but i've always been successful

i've never had a problem w/ returns buy buy baby, they've always been just as helpful as bed bath beyond....the only thing is with big items like uppababy they prefer the company to take care of the issue. you can usually get around that by speaking to the store manager

I've done this dozens of times.  Bed bath doesn't care about exclusions or expiration dates on their own coupons.

And you don't need to "order a buy buy item" They have their entire catalog on their own site.
Just register for what you want on the bed bath site, go in and say you want to order off your registry, give them a coupon, and then shipping will be free.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

DO NOT buy from buy buy baby... if you do, it's bye bye baby...
they have a horrible return policy, and they dont take a return (even with store credit) on anything opened...
order from bed bath and you'll have lifetime returns...
(it's simple: add to registry. walk into store and say "I want to order from my registry".. give coupons (they usually done even scan them).. get your 20% off plus free shipping)... ignore all exclusions as they do the same...

What exactly is Bed Bath's lifetime return policy?
Does the product have to be in "new" or "like new" condition?

No

They're almost as Costco...

So if part of a stroller breaks after a few years (wear and tear) they will refund the purchase price?
So no need to use AMEX when shopping at Bed Bath?

i don't know the specifics but i never liked buy buy. I know they don't have a good policy. That's why i would suggest what i suggested.

Stick to BBB its much more worth it.

when you are in the store, if you choose something off the registry that they dont have on site, they will ship it for free
