« on: July 24, 2013, 05:26:00 PM »
Where are the cheapest places to purchase a money order in NYC / five boroughs that allow you to pay for it using a debit card (sorry we don't have Wal Mart's :( )?

USPS:
$0.01 to $500.00 .......................$1.20
$500.01 to $1,000.00 ................$1.60

Never tried it but IMHO it will not work.

Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

USPS is a no go with gift cards - their system automatically asks about cash back, which triggers a rejection even if you have a pin.

TFS!  So does that mean that you can get cash back at the post office (say if you buy a stamp or whatever)?

BTW, for the heck of it, did you try more than one post office?

Thanks!
