Lanpass Credit Cards

I know that *points transfer to LAN at 1:2 but still worth a look.

1)For all those that are looking for a first cc, this is the first secured one I've seen that offers a sign up bonus (10k) plus 1 point per dollar spent. 10% discount on LAN Airfare (1 time per year). Only $25 annual fee.

2)20k sign up bonus for Visa Signature ($75 annual fee)
  20% discount on LAN Airfare (1 time per year)
  25% flight miles bonus
  3 one-way upgrade coupons per year

3)10k sign up bonus for Visa Card ($45 annual fee)
   10% discount on LAN Airfare (1 time per year)

I've got 5k LAN expiring 12/31 (from a sign up promo on DD). Any ideas what to do with them since I wont be flying?

Just got approved for the regular version of this card, which included 15,000 miles after first use. Was wondering does this mean 15,000 lanpass kilometers, or is it just miles and really its 24,000 kms?

i believe it's miles that can be converted into km.

these are in KM, not miles.
BA is better for many of these types of flights, w/ a larger and easier to secure sign up bonus.

Yes. Was my first card with no credit, period. Approved w/o recon or HUCA.
