I regret to see that you have run into issues with your JBuds and it sounds as though you received a defective set. All of JLab Audio's products have a less than 1% defective rate and come with a one year limited warranty. If you go to the JLab Audio website and go to the support tab, it will walk you through a fast and easy warranty claim process that will get you hooked up with a FREE replacement.
If you reached our voicemail, it is because our customer service department was on the phone with other customers as the calls are taken in the order in which they are received. If a phone line is not available, instead of putting you on hold, you are directed to our voicemail where you can leave a message for a return call. If you do not wish to leave a message, you may follow the super easy steps I mentioned by going to the website to file a warranty claim.
