DoC has links though i got it by having it under my offers with Amex.

Can't understand how that would be possible since you were enrolled since the first time.... unless you opted back out.

Thx.  They told me that if I opt out I can never re-enroll.  Since I don't use it anyway, I took the chance

I got the offer by snail, and email, with no mention of the 10k.

It's weird, I was enrolled once, but I don't recall enrolling. Now I'm getting these offers.(without 10k.)(unless showing "pay later" isn't enrolled.)

Had once, spoke to CS he then told me that I'm eligible to enroll and receive 10k, but didn't call in for this...
