For what it's worth, Royal Sukkah (http://royalsukkah.com/) is offering their 8 x 12 with S'chach for $615 and 8 x 16 for $760.  These prices seem comparable to the Sukkah project prices but has 2 advantages that I can tell.  1) Door; 2) Windows.  I don't know how this Sukkah compares to the EZ Sukkah or deluxe sukkah by Sukkah Outlet or the Royal Sukkah by Sukkah Depot - but there price is certainly very good

A friend went by and said they offered him an even better deal in person, so it may be worth checking out . . .

Sukkah Outlet has a Sukkah comparable to the Crown Sukkah for a few dollars cheaper. Its called the Rimonim Sukkah, it looks even fancier then the EZ Sukkah. Its much less quality then the EZ Sukkah. Its thinner material, and lighter posts, the bars are a thinner metal. You get what you pay for.

How does your deluxe compare with Leiter's King David and Sukkah Depot's Royal, which is their respective top levels?  Why is yours better

Leiters, King David is much fancier, it looks nicer. I would say its pretty similar in quality. Sukkah Depot appears to be similar to our rimonim but im not so familiar with it.

What really amazes me, people rent Sukkahs for 50 dollars less then you can buy them. Someone came into my store yesterday and said he rented a 4X6 EZ Sukkah for 378 not realizing he can buy it for close to 410. He was so upset, he thought he was getting a good deal.
