I canceled a ToyotaCare warranty on a vehicle financed with Bank of America through Toyota Financial Services. The loan was fully paid up and the overpayment was supposed to be sent to me by BoA. ToyotaCare claims they sent a check to BoA and BoA claims they never got anything from them. What recourse do I have?
See if you can get proof from ToyotaCare that the check was cashed.

We actually called back Toyota Care today. They said that they see it still hasn't been cashed so they're stopping that check and sending BoA a new one.

Because it was an extra $440 for 1 year?

We didn't sell it early last time.

I hear ya.

jerryj at midwestsuperstore.com

Have this contact from the forum from years ago.

Amazing to have found this contact!

He quoted me for 7 yrs/75k - $785.
8 yrs/75k - $900
10 yrs/ 100k - $1545
All with $0 deductible

As a first time buyer, I have no idea how long I'll have this van for.. so just thinking even though it's an extra $645 for 2 years (between 8-10 yrs) it will cover all electronic sensors and e/t else bumper to bumper.. and if I end up selling earlier it will only help sale wise to have extended warranty transferred to buyer..

Any thoughts or input?

I just extended my warranty to 96 months and got ripped off:( Paid $3500 which was blended into my financing.
Regardless I'll be saving bc iyh I'll be canceling this plan. Fine print says: If you cancel this agreement within 60 days of it's date of sale, a full refund will be paid.

thinking of buying chevy euv bolt outright(about 25K) without financing as they are quoting me about 7-8% interest rate.  I know I can get lower rates if I shop around but am I loosing anything by paying the entire purchase price upfront? is that the right move if one is able to?

They may charge you more if you don't finance with them, in which case you can finance and pay it off right away.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

If you are looking for financing, the bank may not consider it "new" if the title is in your name already and you may not get the lowest rates. It varies by bank.

say that again they may increase purchase price if I choose to pay all of it upfront?

not looking to finance just want to make sure with interest rates so high that better to pay it all upfront.  Any disadvantages?

Correct, some dealerships have deals with financing companies to get you in the door with them.

Depends which bank. Some allow more, some allow zero.

Which one? I just bought out of state minivan from Honda and they didn’t allow financing. I’d like to get financing now. About 2700 miles.

why not just call the bank ? Also perhaps post which bank you leased with. HFS allows buyout US bank is a pain
