According to Dan: The nights post within a week of spending, regardless of statement close.
They expire 12-13 months from posting and can typically be extended by 1 more month by emailing Hyatt.

Best offer out there for now: (Thanks DoGo!)
Go to Hyatt.com make a reservation, click book, and before cc page you will see offer for card with the 2 free nights PLUS $50 statement credit. Looks something like this

Anniversary nights appear in account before annual fee posts.

no you didn't. trial match is dead as of now, so don't assume you can undo it and get it later.

diamond status for award stay would be nice. Any hotels that gives status for award stays?
I guess none! Club carlson website says award stay count   for gold or  concierge? Love stays but hate to go out in morning to find a mcdonald, or dunkin donut or any places to eat breakfast for cheap. :D We had to walk for half an hour every morning to find a place to eat affordable mcdonalds in morning in BKK.  lol!   NO breakfast for gold members with CC.
What do you guys do  for breakfast if you have no status or booked breakfast package? Just pay whatever the price or go find a place to eat breakfast or not eat at all and just enjoy the free coffee in hotel until lunch time?

Has anyone not gotten the free nights when churning this card? I'm afraid to call Chase and ask about it. DW's nights and $50 credit posted 5 days after spending $1k (it's her first time with the card), and it's been longer than that for my card. I opened a new FFN before applying.

There might be some rules with the new FFN. Might have needed to change the address (or more?)...

Woohoo! What did you end up changing in the FFN? Just created a new one or actually changed info? And it wasn't 2 years since you closed the first Hyatt card was it?

I creates a new FFN before applying. Since my old FFN was registered at my parents' house, I just registered the new one at my house which matched the credit card application. Also I closed the other card about a year and a half ago.
