According to Dan: The nights post within a week of spending, regardless of statement close.
They expire 12-13 months from posting and can typically be extended by 1 more month by emailing Hyatt.

Best offer out there for now: (Thanks DoGo!)
Go to Hyatt.com make a reservation, click book, and before cc page you will see offer for card with the 2 free nights PLUS $50 statement credit. Looks something like this

Anniversary nights appear in account before annual fee posts.

I received the same offer this morning.

I personally prefer the flexibility of the points.
+1 on both.

Targeted offers have no advantage, in regards to getting an approval.

Haven't gone through the 37 pages on this thread. Can I transfer from 1 Hyatt account to multiple Southwest accounts (some in my name, some to others with same last name)?

Has anyone managed to be matched to the targeted 50k?
I tried with numerous chats so far it's a no go. I received a code and told them so.

I just got another email for the 50,000 points offer, and it has a different invitation code, although both have my Hyatt account listed at the top. Are the invitation codes keyed to me or my account in any way? If not, then I can have my wife use one. If they are, will a 2BM work for this?

i  got the 50k offer and got the card. Haven't done the $1k spend yet cos  MS is tough.
This also gives 5k points for AU card and for first AU  any amount purchase but the AU card has same card number as mine so how will chase know which one of the purchase is made by AU to trigger the 5k points?
Thanks

No need to spend on the AU card in order to trigger the 5k points.

I have the two free nights from opening the card. I want to make a reservation. Anyone know if I can cancel the reservation and still retain the two free nights (for remainder of year)?

More value than 51k Hyatt points for 1k spwnd??
The proper way to look at this:
Meeting threshold is giving you far more value than any card regular spend.

Yes, though can always try for a retention offer.
