Inssurance Rental Car

lots of ppl that own insurance on their private car dont have to get liability when they rent so they save lots of $$$

I am about to rent a car for 3 weeks and looking to have a cheaper liability

i dont own a car so i dont have a insurance plan
there is a plan that i can have from a insurance company for the liability for when i rent and not to have to pay 12$ a day for it
