Did Walgreens/Duane Reade shift to a cash only policy for gift cards recently? Tried buying the my cash card but was told cash only. Definitely bought gift cards with a credit card in the past...

depends on the store. Some stores will allow and some won't.

mine showed up today,but not necessarily do all accounts get it at once,can take a couple of days

its supposed to be around three days into the calendar month,however sometimes some accounts can get it a day or two later(from my own experience as well as that of a pp csr)

Just got an e-mail that radpad is charging a $4.95 fee for debit cards

Still worth it but annoying

Myself and quite a few other that I know, just got an email saying that they deactivated our ppdc due to security reasons.

And now they started sending emails saying the card has been reactivated. Weird stuff.

Well paypal closed 2 of my accounts due to my cash and they want to hold $3000 for 180 days anything I can do to get the $ out?
