You filed a complaint with the CFPB yet?
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

How long have your accounts been open for? I've had an account in good standing for over 10 years and have put over $13k of mycash cards into it and withdrawn same/next day over the last year. When I talked to the service rep I explained that my tenants pay me in mycash cards and she assured me I should have no problem putting $3-4k a month into my account and then withdrawing.

Something makes me think that the accounts that are getting shut down are 1) new accounts, or 2) accounts with very little other activity

ROFL. Reps at PayPal are worth nothing. My account is open for almost 7 years, and have used it for regular activities as well. Online purchases, debit card purchases etc. Sending and receiving money for various sales. It doesn't make a difference, it's just a matter of time.

That's why it's not good to draw conclusions from anecdotal data or solo experiments with no control or test group.

If a friend of mine is buying my paypal cash cards and wants cash for them after loading them to his account and pays a few $ to have it transferred to my account and I chase qp him money! Who's the one going towards the icebergs?

He thinks that by transferring them out of his account to mine nothing will happen ,main reason for transferring is he wants the cash now! And can only get Cash 3-4 days after the transfer to bank accnt! ? Any thoughts if I should stay away from him if I want my account still standing? Thanks!

I've had that message before - didn't result in a shutdown or freeze.
