Got this in the message center.
It was a load onto serve in walmart.
What do I answer for the 2 questions?

Say you purchased the PPMC at Store 'X' (and if you want, with Visa/MC/AMEX ending in XXXX - you don't need to say "credit card") - card". Loaded for Bill pay or to use the Serve for purchases online and at various retailers.

anything will work. But this is a warning. You will get one more of these and then your paypal will get shut down.

it doesn't matter what you are doing. If you load $ with my cash cards and unload with a debit card. They will eventually shut you down after 2 warnings.

According to them these my cash cards are made for online shopping.

i don't know about Walgreens but Duane Reade has been cash only for a while

Didn't realize there was a difference, thanks. (THough I def got at this DR a few weeks ago).

WG, DR, CVS are all YMMV.
They aren't hard coded.

it might not be hard coded at Duane reade but the cashier showed me the screen that says cash only for paypal my cash so I dont know how you would get by that

i once had one of those and convinced her that was referring to the 3.95 fee only

I don't get that bc my person was happy to take CC but she was physically unable to through computer. Isn't that what hardcoded means?

Ditto at the Walgreens in my area. Guess they decided the "cash" in PPMC really meant cash. ;-)
